Shipment was fast. Came with clear instructions and all the pieces needed. Took about an hour and a half to put together. The futon bed maneuvers smoothly. Purchased a regular twin size mattress for the top but I recommend a Twin XL. Over all very satisfied and the kids love it.It is very good the only thing that I really struggle was the missing pieces the instructions they were black and white and it was really hard to put it together but I managed and they also send me the parts that I need it for the hardware thank you for that.Absolutely great came two weeks sooner then expected soo very happy about that!!!Screws stripped trying to even assemble. Complete scam and waste of money!! Not even a month into having it, ill add that its already not working as it should
