I bought this couch because it is 66 inches long and would fit perfectly in our loft gaming area. We are average size people and the couch is sturdy and does not creak as others stated. Is it going to be an everyday bed, no...it is not meant to be. It is perfectly comfortable to sit and watch TV or play a video game. It works in a pinch when my teen's friends come over and spend the night. For $300, it is perfect. I love the cup holders for the kiddos.The customer service was amazing. I contacted them because I opened the box and did not see the pillows and legs...they are hidden in the bottom in a hidden zipper compartment. They responded within a few hours and explained to me, I flipped the couch over, and laughed at myself! I put the legs on in about 10 minutes. I will post a pic later.Overall: very nice customer service, cute sofa, perfect size. An overall good deal.Couch was EXTREMELY easy to assemble. 8 allen head bolts and 16 screws and it's done.Arm rests really are removable.... so removable I don't even use them because they slide all over the place and constantly fell off the side of the couch if you moved.Cushion is very firm. I could not sleep on it but I'm sure sure someone who enjoys sleeping on a bed of cantaloupes would be comfortable sleeping on this. We are putting a 3" mattress topper on it to make it more comfortable....Material seems durable and is stitched together well. I couldn't find any flaws in the workmanship and I went over this with a fine toothed comb.All in all I like the couch and it's worth the money. the cushions are comfortable as a couch and that is what counts for us.Love the style, size (great for small rooms.), fabric, color, hide away cup holder, and sturdiness. Now the hate.We hate that it squeaks when we sit back. It’s uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of time. It surely needs extra cushion or a thicker pad. When we sit we can literally feel the springs. I’m planning to get a memory foam pad to go over it. We’re not big people either. I weigh 185 and my son that uses it the most weighs 130. In the end we wanted to love this but can’t fully.My grandson loves when it's in the couch position because he can have 3 young adults sitting and comfortable. It is a good sleeper for one. It is a twin size.The arms on the futon do not attach, it a pillow. It is fairly short on your back, so if you are sitting there hours, it may not be that comfortable.Its fragile,it feeling like it's made of plywood. First of all we put just a bit of weight on it and it cracked on the bottom. Second they forgot to drill a hole into the bottom drawer for a dowel rod. Third, they kept calling constantly and needed my number to deliver it. Fourth, they tacked the tracking number onto a key chain. Of a house. Not even a couch. A couch key chain I'd laugh and understand. Nope a house. Fifth, after contacting them about it all they could do for me was offer a 50% refund. So I would not buy thisExtremely poor quality for a sofa for 300 dollars. Definitely not worth it. The cup holder does not stick and one stool is broken and unable to be reattached. Surface is hard and coarse, not suitable for being used as a bed. Got myself cut while trying to reassemble the stool. Not worth it. Definitely do not buy.My 23 y/o daughter is 5”3 and her feet hung off the bed.
