First, it’s packaged in one box weighing approximately 34-40 pounds. The seat cushions are vacuumed packed. Two are in one clear package and one in the other. The back and side pillows are packages inside the sofas armrests and back pieces. The instructions are straightforward but the drawings leave you in doubt when starting the assembly. The wicker is of course made of plastic and very pliable. You will put your hands through it if not careful. Follow the written instructions and you’ll be fine. The bolts come in various sizes. Don’t forget to use the washers included especially when attaching the feet to the body of the sofa. Do not tighten the bolts until they are all secured. Ensure that you have a ratchet set or you will pay the price. There are bolts that have to be tightened inside some of the pieces. You will have an issue if you have big hands. Make sure you have the correct color. I didn’t. I’m waiting for the seller to send the correct color covers.
