Update: Thankful customer service with this company was very helpful offering a full refund.Original Review:We just bought our sofa from a furniture store and since we have a cat we wanted to cover it to not have to worry about the fur getting all over it. Tonight we put the cover on the sofa. My cat will stare intently at bugs that are crawling around and we noticed she was doing her typically stare down while looking at the couch. I go investigate and see a redish looking bug crawling on the cover. We grab it with a tissue and I get my insect app downloaded and it comes back as being a bed bug. We immediately take off the cover and throw it in the washer and thoroughly check the sofa. It was the only one we could find, but I'm still not confident there isn't more. Amazon provided a refund but I still wanted to leave this review so others will make sure they wash, treat and double dry their covers before putting it on their sofa, which we neglected to do, unfortunately.No lo compren. ? mis sofás tenían 2 semanas de nuevos y por accidente mi hijo dejó tu vaso de leche y se derramó y traspasó el protectorThe only reason I do not like it is because the side flaps that sit over the arm of the couch with the pockets for the remotes dont seem to be long enough. Every time I sit down they slide up and the remotes fall out of the pocket onto my lap. Also the cover doesn't stay very well. The little styrofoam rolls don't stay in place either. It doesn't look neat unless you put it on and never sit on the couch.Does not fit my sofaFabric is comfortable, flaps on sides that cover arms are nice and long. The straps that are supposed to wrap around the back are too small, even when extended. We were afraid the hook might cut into the leather material. Unfortunately, without the straps the whole thing moves around a lot. And the thin foam 'rods' that are supposed to hold it in place between segments, just pop out, so are useless.My only issue is it doesn't stay in placeEasier to put on than the other cover we have... Admittedly this is because it has less places that can be secured to the couch. Still, we have a 4yo that likes to use to bottom portion (for the recliner bits) as a hammock... which isn't great for the couch. I love that this has separate portions for the foot rests and I don't have to struggle with bungie chords to secure it. The portion that goes on the back is secured with three adjustable straps that are super easy to put on, took me maybe a couple minutes... and only because it took me a moment to find the loops. This cover also doesn't have the bits that are slipped between the cushions to keep it in place... but with a 4yo, we've found those don't really work anyways, so I'm just glad it's easy to put on.It helps protect the couch but every time you raise the feet the foam piece comes out.We like itWe got it to protect it from the dogsWorking wellIt was awkward to put on and I’m always having to adjust it.
