FIRST,Let me start out by saying that I've read all of the reviews before I bought this thing. I was skeptical, I bought it. The ottoman showed up 2 days after I purchased it. There are 3 boxes total. chair box A, chair box B,and the ottoman. With that being said, if you want all the tracking numbers, simply inquire with the seller via Amazon.Second, this thing was SO easy to put together. It was the second easiest thing I did that day after putting on my shoes. The first easy thing was making coffee in my Bunn coffee maker.I opened the boxes up, checked off each item from the inventory list, looked at the directions real quick, blinked my eye, sneezed, and I was basically all done. I had that couch assembled in 30 minutes flat from unpacking to sliding it into place. A bit of common sense told me which way the seat backs were supposed to be installed into the box frames.Third, Its firm....for now. Its not anything special but it is pretty comfy. It's tall enough to give the upper back support to help hold your head up while sitting in it. It's not too low where sitting in it will make your neck tired. There's enough seat cushion to skoot down to rest your head if needed. Im an average height person and well rounded at that. Theres definitely enough room for 2 of me to sit comfortably.For the price, the way it's manufactured, and designed to be assembled the way it is; I'll be happy if I get 2 years out of it. If you have carpets, I highly suggest putting carpet skid pads on the feet, the ones provided slipped right off because they have felt pads for non carpet flooringThis little gem is very comfortable! It was very easy to assemble. I love the great value for such comfort. The ottoman is comfy too and fits my 3 blankets. It was bigger than I thought. Great bargain.I am very pleased with this couch. It's a full size loveseat with ottoman and no bulk to take up space. It sets up like small sectional for us in a small livingroom. It's very comfortable and well made. Assembly was very clear and easy, lightweight enough to move bring in and set up but sturdy and well made. The legs are very sturdy and pretty wood. The extras included like the no slip washers and tools are a plus to me. Receiving something and having to go search for tools you didn't know you'd need, not awesome. My daughter and myself assembled this in about 30 minutes. Packaged well and no damages.I love everything about this purchase. Very nice!Something to know this product does not come all at once you receive 3 boxes at 1st I was a little upset and wrote a bad review because I was so excited to get it, but after reading a review myself and found out that I will be getting two more boxes I felt a lot better. It would be good to know ahead of time that you will be getting 3 boxes.I love how this couch fit perfectly in my apartment it was the perfect size, delivery was great, the color is amazing! it's beyond comfortable too, I sleep on it, perfect size also, well worth the price, everyone who sees it wants one, easy to assemble some parts, very easy to clean,It was easy to assemble, just follow the instructions. I also found the sofa to be comfortable, I have back problems and I was concerned at 1st about how soft or how supportive would the cushions were going to be. The cushions provide good support. As for the size, I think is the right size for the room I bought it for. In addition, you can always add decorative pillows or else to improve the look.Easy to assembleComfortableGood priceThis is a great small sofa! It came in 3 boxes, very easy to assemble. The arm scrolls aren’t very big but looks like a tiny version of elegance. Matches my decor when I needed something quick to replace another piece. It’s also fairly comfortable for the price. The seams do not line up perfectly with the cushions but that actually makes it appear to be a comfortable, linen looking fabric sofa. Everyone wants to sit on it. The ottoman has a nice amount of storage for extra throws. I definitely give this sofa a thumbs up!
