Easy to make a mistake when assembling due to incorrect labeling of pieces. Instructions can be confusing and requires a bit of imagination when selecting which pieces SHOULD be assembled together. Not knowing if you have all the correct sides (right side or left side parts) until you come to the end of assembly when you experience the greatest frustration of doubt. Did I put it together correctly.....or is this the wrong part?? Not fun when your instructions manual adds to the confusion by not assigning the correct description of the piece with the alphabet labels on the piece itself.Contacted the seller via email. Explained to them the situation, including photos for visual aid. They ackowledged the problem and quickly offered options to satisfy our complaint. The item was shipped and delivered rather quickly considering it is coming from overseas.We have a complete and properly functioning patio set. It can be worth it if you expect the above problems to happen before purchasing from this seller.In the end...we are happy with our patio set.Furniture came in time and in good condition. Arrived in two surprisingly small boxes for the 5 piece set. All pieces were present in order to assemble easily. It took about 2-3 hours to put it together. It feels sturdy and secure to sit on. My initial impression upon seeing it fully assembled is that it looks nice but is smaller than I had expected even with knowing the dimensions ahead of time. Several of the pads had loose threads that we trimmed off but it looked great once we did that. I am hopeful that it will hold up for a couple of seasons, keeping in mind that at the price point of under $500 this is certainly not a set that will last a lifetime. We were looking for a budget-friendly set to make our outdoor space look warm and inviting and I would say this set helped us do that. Would recommend overall.Is this product going to massage your soul? No. Is it a fairly decent place to plop your butt down outside? Yup. You get what you pay for. A less than $500 patio set is a bargain in my eyes, even if it only lasts a couple years. It’s simple to setup(yes, simple), looks good, and is relatively comfortable. The only major gripe I have is that the cushions are easily moved by the wind. I mean chase them around your yard all day easy. I wish they had some sort of tie down, or were better fitted. Other than that, kick back and enjoy it. It holds up well against frenchies too.Overall this is a nice set. Delivery took about 2 weeks. Make sure what you order is what you want, seller will not let you change, I ordered 2 sets wanted to change 1 to a larger set. Assembly isn't the funnest activity but isn't terrible. Both of my tables had 1 screw each that didn't line up but there's so many screws that it's not affected. The back of the couch is low. (This seems to be the style. Looked at a set at Lowes that was 2k the dimensions were identical.) as other reviews have stated but it's still pretty comfy. I'm 6'3 270lbs and I sit comfortably and it feels study.I've had this sofa set for about a month now and I'm pleased with it. Assembly was kind of a chore, but with my better tools it wasn't that hard. I would definitely recommend getting a better allen wrench and using a socket.As others have stated, it's a little shorter than you might expect. But for my size patio it's a perfect fit. The cushions are a nice color navy blue. Although I wish they were a little bit thicker.I only hope it can hold up to the heat of an Arizona summer.Not easy to assemble but it is comfortable!This is a great set at a great price point. Honestly because of the price I wasn't expecting much and I am truly floored by the quality. It was easy to put together and is very sturdy. My husband who is 6'2 and weighs about 250 sits on it with ease and thinks it's very comfortable. I was also worried about the height. When I took a tape measure out to see how tall this would be I thought it was kids furniture at first. It is actually a normal patio furniture height once put together with the cushions on. It does not seem too low to the ground.My son and fiancee really enjoyed receiving this set of furniture for their new screened in porch area. It looks fabulous and it is made very well. It is quite sturdy, and they really like that they can turn it into a long sofa and lay out there listening to the rain. We are all so pleased with this set I wish we would have bought a bigger set. We did turn right back around and bought two more chairs though, so more of us could enjoy the outdoors together This is a very nice set and the price is right. I highly recommend this set.
