I needed a table to do my physio on long term as getting to the floor and up again is far from easy or without pain. This table has proved ideal.It is not for the weak to get out on a daily basis but I'm fine with it. Because my sofas are raised it slides neatly under one when not in use.The table arrived in a big box with padded corners. The table was in a bag and the storage bag was separate. Upon opening the table I found the head cradle, cradle cushion and arm rest stored within the folded table. The cradle and cushion have velcro on them and the underside of the table for storing. The arm rest is a wide padded board with no velcro but it fits in the front pocket of the bag.I chose this model because I weigh just shy of 23 stone or 320 lbs or 145 kg. It feels rock solid as I run through my exercises and it comfortable enough to doze off on. The height is adjustable from masseur working height down to dining chair height. The arm rest can also be adjusted as can the head cradle.Yes it was expensive but not for what you get and certainly not compared with others in its class.Highly recommend.Take note of the closed dimensions for transporting if you want it for mobile business
